Q & T Community Writers' Group is an intimate writing community for LGBTQ+ writers. Our home is uptown NYC, but we welcome people joining anywhere virtually. Join Q & T to write and connect with other writers. Whether you are looking to finish up a manuscript, explore your poetry, get through a research proposal, play around with provided prompts, or something entirely different, this group is for you.
We work from prompts, workshop our ongoing pieces, talk about what we're reading and writing and more!
Sessions will often include two 20-30 minute blocks of time to write in addition to sharing and other activities.
Q & T Community is a monthly LGBTQIA+ event series hosted by Memphis Washington.
There will not be a session on June 22 or 29th! Though we will have a picnic and an open mic in June. Keep an eye out for more details!
