Join Linda Kay Klein, Teresa Delgado, and Jamia Wilson as they discuss Christianity, gender and sexuality through Linda's new book, Pure: Inside the Evangelical Movement that Shamed a Generation of Young Women and How I Broke Free.
Though about white American evangelicalism, the issues PURE discusses around gender and sexuality reverberate across different racial groups and forms of Christianity. Teresa and Jamia will join to discuss the impact of the evangelical purity on other groups, and bring their own perspectives on gender and sexuality in religion to the table.
